Technical and Deal Making FAQs

QT-1- My access credentials that I received don't work. Can these be reset?

Be sure that they are exactly as shown. The log in is case sensitive, so we recommend copying and pasting them in the log in boxes. 
If that does not work, you can click "Forgot Password" and retrieve/reset your password. Be sure you are using the email address that you enrolled with.

QT2- How do I get someone to help me install/work something on my computer/tablet?

We are not computer or tablet technical support. If you have issues with anything outside our programs, please contact the manufacturer as we do not provide computer support. You are expected to know PC, Email, Word, Excel, and Internet basics. 


QT-3- Where is the software that we load on the tablet?

Tablets are not pre-loaded with software as some students could want to use their device in a different way. The Analyzing software that can be used on the go with your business in the box tablet is located in your Private Wealth Academy. We recommend saving this to the start bar of the device once it is downloaded, so that it is easily found.

To Download: Click the MFS 2.0 drop down, select DEAL ANALYZER TOOL KIT and download the DEAL ANALYZING SOFTWARE.xls.

Same can be used for the Offer Generator software received at boot camp.

**NOTE: must have Excel on tablet for software sheets to function properly. Can find these in the App Store for purchase or for free.  

QT-4- Why can't my Deal Analysis sheet be reviewed? I have a Mac. 

We can't open a “. numbers" file from a Mac. Even if it was originally an excel file, once it's been opened on a Mac, it's saved as a “. numbers" file. Please convert your files back to Excel and re-send them.

QT-5- I am having issues with the Offer Generator, it won't calculate this deal. Can you please help?

If you're getting an error message when you first open the spreadsheet, simply select 'don't update' and it should work.
