Questions regarding billing, account updates, tracking information for physical materials, access information, etc.

QA1- How do I cancel my program or subscription?

Cancellation is ONLY accepted through written request to ClientCare@fcgllc.com or through www.FCGcare.com . Phone cancellations or cancellations to anyone outside of Client Care are not accepted or valid.

QA2- How can I update my credit card information?

You can manually update your credit card information through your Private Wealth Academy vault, or you can contact the main office at 713-476-0102.

QA3- I signed up with a payment plan, but am not sure when my bill date is?

Bill dates for programs purchased are every 30 days from the enrollment date. Subscriptions are also billed monthly every 30 days from the enrollment date.

QA4- My payment declined, and I lost my access to material, how can I make payment to restore access to training?

You can contact our Accounting office directly at 832-786-5048. Once payment has been made, all services for your program will be restored immediately. Restoration of access does not reset Challenge dates. These dates do not reset due to payment failures that occur on the account.  

QA5- I have not received my access. Where is the digital material?

Your log in credentials to access digital material for program are sent almost immediately after your enrollment. Sometimes these credentials can get lost in a spam/junk folder for some email addresses, so be sure to check in these folders if not seen right away. Title of email should say READ ME: Online access information.


QA6- My order went through, but I have not received my physical package. When will I receive these materials?

Physical materials for programs should arrive within 5-7 business days from our fulfillment center. You should receive an email with tracking information once the package has shipped. 


If you enrolled in the Small Apartments School 90 Day Challenge program, tablets will arrive in a secondary package separate from the physical materials. 


QA7- When and where are the next boot camps going to be held?

Call in to our boot camp coordinator, 832-916-2257. Reservation deposits for the events are refundable after your attendance. If you want your spouse or partner to attend, there is a $99 refundable deposit required as well. All deposits are refunded the Monday following the event back to the card used for the reservation. 

Please note, Boot camps are exclusive to Small Apartments School students.
