QE-1- I have a possible deal but I want it to be reviewed as I need clarification. How to do I get these analyzed?
Deal Review support is only via email for all active students enrolled in the Deals and Dollars Club and higher. To submit a Deal in for analysis, you must have completed and passed the Deal Review Certification test. Once you have completed and passed the certification, please use the Deal Analysis sheet that is located in your Private Wealth Academy vault.
We can only provide a complete thorough analysis when the Deal Sheet has been completed fully and submitted through Clientcare@fcgllc.com or the FCG Care site at www.FCGcare.com through Deal Review Department.
***Please note that messages over 10 MB will not import properly. That includes entire message: message, attachments, headers, signatures, etc.****
QE-2- I have passed my certification test and completed the Deal Analysis sheet and submitted it accordingly. How long does it take to get a response?
We strive for a 2-business day turn around for ticket responses. If you have emailed in and do not see a response directly in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders.
Be sure to submit it via www.FCGcare.com and select the correct color group. This will route your message more quickly to the correct recipient.
QE-3- How big of a file can I attach to a submitted ticket?
Please limit the size of your email and attachments to a maximum of 10MB. If you submitted a deal and did not receive an automated response message, then we didn't receive the email. It was likely too large to be imported into our ticket system.
If you have multiple attachments, try to send large ones separately and in the subject line, put something like 'Deal Review 7 units 123 Main, part 1 of 2', etc.
QE-4 I have received a response from my submission from earlier today and didn't get an auto-responder. Did you get my message?
If you did not receive an auto-responder with a specified ticket number then we did not receive it. Make sure you are following the size limitations when submitting tickets in to our system.
QE-5- Can I just submit proformas and the financials of the property for the team to review and give advice on?
No. We must have a completed Deal Analysis Sheet sent in for our team to review and provide recommendations on. We will send the submission back to you if you have not completed a Deal Analysis Sheet fully.
QE-6- I have multiple deals that I am working on, can I get all of them reviewed?
Please limit Deal Reviews to One Property at a time. We do not want to constrict our Deal Review team members' time. If you have multiple that you're working on submit the deal that has the highest priority to our team, as your other sheets could need the same corrections and recommendations.
